How many wedding guests can your ballroom hold?
With a dance floor we can accommodate up to 220 guests.

Do you have a minimum number of guests required?

Yes, on Saturday nights the minimum is 150 adults. Friday night, Saturday Afternoon and Sunday the minimum in the Ballroom is 130 adults. We also have our Terrace Room which is perfect for smaller weddings.

How many guests can fit at one table?

We have rounds of 8, 10 and 12 which can be used to accommodate your seating plan.

Do you have a site for ceremonies? Is there a fee?
Yes, we use our Ballroom for indoor ceremonies. The ceremony set-up fee is $500.

Is your facility handicap accessible?
Yes.

Do you offer a Cocktail Style Reception?
Yes! Our Provence Package is a great menu choice if you are looking for a more social atmosphere.

Do you offer a separate cocktail room? Are there any outside areas?
Yes our Atlantis, Bimini and Coral Rooms are used for the cocktail hour and in nice weather we utilize the balconies outside of these rooms.

Do you require certain vendors at this facility?
No, we have a list of recommended services that we frequently use, however, you are free to contract with your choice of vendors.

Do you allow outside caterers?
Unfortunately, no, we do all catering on premise.

Do your wedding packages include the wedding cake?
Yes, a custom wedding cake is included in all of our wedding packages.

When is your off-peak season?

Our off-peak season begins in November and goes through April.

Do you offer discounts for off-peak season?

During our off-peak season we can offer our Riviera Package. Please call for more details on pricing discounts for off-peak season weddings.

Are all wedding packages offered on Saturday nights?

No, the Riviera Package is only available Fridays and Sundays.

Do you offer food tastings?

Yes, we can do food tastings six months prior to your wedding as part of the menu planning process.

Do you offer Valet Parking?
Yes. Valet Parking is available for all weddings and complimentary to your guests.

Do your wedding packages include a bar?

Yes, all of our packages include a 5-hour premium bar.

Are we able to upgrade the packages?
Yes, we have specialty items you may add for additional fees such as carving, sauté, sushi, and caviar stations.

Do you offer wedding blocks for my wedding at The Oyster Point?

Absolutely! We typically start with a discounted 20 room block for your wedding guests when you book your wedding.

Is smoking permitted?

Smoking on the balconies and outside the front of the building is permitted. There is no smoking permitted inside the building.

How many weddings occur at one time?

We have one ballroom wedding per time slot.

Do you offer a day after breakfast for my guests?

We are more than happy to continue your celebration the next morning in one of our banquet rooms. To view our Breakfast Buffet Menu, click here.

How about a Rehearsal Dinner?

Of course! Depending on the number of guests you anticipate, we have many menus to offer for a Rehearsal Dinner.

Do you accommodate dietary needs (ex. allergies)?

Yes, the chef is able to prepare gluten-free, nut-free and/or vegetarian meals.

Do you offer Kosher meals?

We can provide Kosher style meals.

What linens and centerpieces do you provide?

Our linens are a beige floor length base with white overlay and white napkins. We also provide votive candles to enhance your centerpieces.

What other fees are incurred?

Our Wedding Package Prices are sales tax and gratuity inclusive. The only additional fees are a $500 indoor ceremony set-up fee if you have your ceremony on premises, and the maître d’ tip the day of the wedding.

What about the tips for the servers?

All of our gratuity is built into the price of the packages, excluding the tip for the maître d’.

What are your prices for 2013?

Currently, we are analyzing pricing for weddings to take place in 2013. While we do not know yet what our pricing will be, it will be no more than a 5% increase from our 2012 pricing if it increases.
