Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Please contact the front desk on your day of arrival to check for availability.
- Guests must be at least 21 years old with a valid government-issued ID and a credit card in their name to check in.
- Yes, we are happy to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out at the front desk, so you can enjoy your day in Red Bank.
Billing & Payments

- Yes, a temporary hold of $50 per day will be placed on your credit or debit card at check-in to cover any incidental charges during your stay. This hold is released upon check-out, but please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank.
- Yes, we offer gift certificates that can be used for accommodations, dining, or services at the hotel. Please contact our Front Office Manager, Kelsey Hanlon at khanlon@mollypitcher-oysterpoint.com for more information.
Hotel Amenities
- Rollaway beds are available upon request for an additional fee of $15 and are subject to availability. Please note that not all rooms are able to accommodate a rollaway bed due to fire code restrictions.
- All rooms at the Oyster Point Hotel include a mini fridge, located in the main credenza or wet bar area.
- Yes, our fitness center is open 24 hours daily and can be accessed with your guest room key.
- Yes, guests may receive packages during their stay. Please ensure packages are labeled with the registered guest’s name and check-in date. Please note that due to limited storage space we are unable to hold packages for more than 7 days before or after your stay.

Policies
- Our hotel is a smoke-free property. A deep cleaning fee of $350 will be charged for any violations of this policy.
- We do not allow pets. Service animals, as defined by the ADA, are always welcome.
Room Types & Accessibility
- Yes, but availability is limited. We offer a select number of accessible rooms, connecting rooms, and rooms with views. To guarantee a river view, we recommend booking one of our suites. Please contact our reservations team at reservationsdept@mollypitcher-oysterpoint.com for more details and to check availability.
Transportation & Location
- Yes, the hotel is located near public transportation options, including the Red Bank train station and local bus routes. For more details, please contact the front desk at frontoffice@mollypitcher-oysterpoint.com
- Yes, we offer complimentary parking in our private onsite lot for all guests during their stay.
Reservations & Cancellations
- For reservations made directly with the hotel, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty. However, during major holidays, a 72-hour cancellation policy applies. If you booked through a third-party website, please refer to their cancellation policy.
- Reservations made directly with the hotel can be modified or canceled by contacting our reservations team at reservationsdept@mollypitcher-oysterpoint.com. If you booked through a third-party website, please reach out to them directly for changes.
- Yes, we offer government rates exclusively for active federal government employees. Retired or former employees are not eligible. A valid federal government ID must be presented at check-in. These rates are not available on Friday or Saturday nights or during peak periods and are subject to availability. Please contact our reservations team for more details.
- Yes, we offer room blocks for weddings, conferences, and other group events. Please contact our Reservations Manager, Leslie Burns, at Lburns@mollypitcher-oysterpoint.com for more information on booking multiple rooms.
